Heads Up status on job Level

You can mark a job as Heads up from job add/edit view.
1- Check the box for heads up.

2- Once checked and job is saved, the status for this job will be heads up.

3- Heads up job will be included in the daily feed email sent to PM.
4- PM will be able to send RFR normally on a heads up job.
5- Once the PM adds a task under this job (even if the task not assigned), job status will be changed to Running, and heads up check will be removed.
