- This plan has 2 strategies
- Account/Brand Team (sends to the resources allocated on the Account or Brand) -- The 1st one accepts will be auto assigned
- Trusted Resources (sends to the most trusted resources by the PM) -- The best one will be auto assigned from all accepted resources
- The Trusted resources strategy selects resources as following:
- Assigned previously by (PM or Same Account or brand)
- Average pm rating >= 4 & last pm rating >=4
- Less than 70% utilized
- Ordered by PM resources 1st then by the total assigned volume
